ABOUT CAROLE SPAINHOUR

Carole Spainhour is the principal of ElderLaw Carolina and limits her practice to Elder Law and Estate Planning. She has been named to the 2013 Best Lawyers in America list in the field of Elder Law for North Carolina , her fifth consecutive year on the list.  Inclusion in Best Lawyers is based on peer review.

Carole is the immediate past chair of the Elder Law Section of the NC State Bar Assocation, and has been a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys since 1999.  She  served as a member of the Ethics Committee of Watauga Medical Center in Boone, North Carolina for nine years, and is a member of the Board of Trustees for the Clabough Charitable Foundation.
